Our holiday home is located in one of the best areas of Vinaròs, surrounded by amenities. Just steps away, you’ll find three restaurants, and only a 3-minute drive will bring you to the Portal del Mediterráneo shopping center, home to stores like Carrefour, Decathlon, Sprinter, Kiwoko, Foster’s Hollywood, MediaMarkt, and more.

The house features an outdoor terrace with some plants and a barbecue, equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying meals outside. Inside, there’s a spacious living-dining area and a kitchen updated in 2022. You’ll also find a restroom with a WC, shower, and sink, and a bedroom with a double bed for two adults. The living room includes a functional sofa bed measuring 110 x 185 cm.

Just 100 meters away, there’s a bus stop accessible by a pleasant walk along a pedestrian path.

For your convenience, the house is equipped with WiFi, a television with international channels, and a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, utensils, juicer, sandwich maker, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. It also has a washing machine and drying rack.

We rent only to responsible and considerate guests. The home is ideal for couples or families with one or two small children. For added hygiene, we request that guests bring their own bed linens, although we can also provide them for a small additional fee.

We do not charge cleaning fees, but we kindly ask guests to take care of the house and leave it in good condition.

Check-in is usually from 2:30 PM, and check-out is between 9:30 and 10:00 AM, as we carry out cleaning from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

When booking, please indicate the number of guests who will be staying. As animal lovers, we also request notification if you are traveling with a pet, along with the type of pet.
