This house is located in Cala Puntal, on the south coast of Vinaroz and 50 meters from the beach. It is in a tourist area with 3 restaurants nearby and the shopping center 700 meters away.

Our property consists of:

– 1 sofa bed. (Open to sleep: 183 x 110)
– 1 bathroom with WC, sink and shower.
– 1 new 32 inch television.
– 1 terrace with table and chairs.
– 1 outdoor barbecue

– Tourist area, 50 meters from the beach.
– Located on the south coast, where many people run and walk every summer day.
– 1 restaurant next to the house. 2 restaurants at 200 meters and 350 meters.
– 700 meters from the house there are Carrefour, Decathlon, Gas Station, Hollywood Fosters, McDonalds, etc.
– 3 kilometers from Vinarós (you can walk along the coast) and 20 km from Peñíscola.

People who rent the house must bring bedding for better hygiene.

We do not ask for an additional cleaning fee, but we do ask that you take care and clean and try to leave the house clean. We also told them that we have a housekeeper to clean the house when new tenants leave and come in.

We usually check in from 2:00 p.m. at 5:00 p.m. Departure is usually from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., because from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. we perform cleaning services. If you are arriving later, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your schedule.

The tenant must indicate the number of people before making the reservation. We love animals, but they must also advise if they are traveling with an animal and the type of animal.
